Developers need to install Tauri, which has some system pre-requisites to work correctly.

Packages to check:

libdbus-1-dev
pkg-config
libglib-2.0-dev
libghc-pango-dev
libgdk-pixbuf2.0-dev
librust-gdk+v3-22-dev
libsoup2.4-dev

These might be resolved by the official Tauri pre-requisite package list, but maybe some of these are for other functionality during builds.

Users should be able to delete instances whenever they want.

Current plan is to allow undo for deleted processes and instances, but should consider the possibility of undoing content changes as well.

pkexec (policykit/polkit in general ) doesn't seem to be installed on macOS by default and there is no hassle-free way to do it afaik.

macOS version is:

Darwin 20.6.0 Darwin Kernel Version 20.6.0; root:xnu-7195.141.46~1/RELEASE_X86_64

The elevated privilege example in the User manual keeps running and doesn't do anything.

Would it be possible to either:

• Get this to work on macOS?
• Throw an early error?
