Migrate the storage-related part from boltdb to LevelDB.

Whenever a file is uploaded or deleted, record this event in a dedicated bucket with the following information:

• timestamp
• cabinet name
• file name

The timestamp shall be part of the key so that all events can be iterated over. This will be useful for future features like replication.

Replication shall work the following way: through a commandline switch it is indicated that the particular instance is in child mode. When in child mode, a cabinet instance must not accept uploads or deletes through the usual API.

In child mode, a cabinet instance connects to the parent instance, and receives events through a WebSocket connection. It acts on upload events by requesting the corresponding file from the parent instance. Files that return 404 shall be ignored. It also acts on delete events by deleting the corresponding file from the local storage.

The child instance shall store what the timestamp of the latest event is. If it already exists, it shall be used to resume receiving events at the next start of the child instance.

Child instances are authenticated like API calls.

httprouter causes more hassle than it brings advantages, so get rid of it.

Drawer names must be verified in upload and store API calls. The allowed set of characters is "a-zA-Z0-9_.:,;$-"
