Plugin not showing in eclipse IDE 


I have Eclipse
Version: 3.4.0
Build id: I20080617-2000

Plug-in Details show that the plugin is loaded in eclipse in some way. I
copied and unpacked the jar to eclipse/plugins.

But when I open an .properties file there is no extra translation etc. button.
