Need to have a field for membership expiration option.

I just looked at the code and I think it can be done with some little effort.
Please add the feature if you have time. Otherwise, I will try to implement later when I get some.

Features

Back-end: Just need to input the month name.
Front-end: It should display "Active until {Month's Name}" / "Expired" in a column.

The new update of this plugin causing WP Admin not opening.
May be it's kind of WP White Screen of Death, not sure yet.

Here is the error right now showing on Admin page.

I don't have FTP access to remove the plugin temporarily.
