Stash and commit should not be available if repository is not enabled

Currently, buttons are available and clicking on them throw the following exception:

Panel buttons use hard coded background color

Panel buttons use hard-coded background color. It works well with the default theme and dark themes but doesn't look good on light themes.
We should use LESS to change dynamically the color (with overlay for example).

Make less compatible with storybook

Storybook doesn't receive styles in .less format of molecule, so custom less colors are not available, making missing parts of UI of components.
