Reduce image size

Currently, images are in high resolution but the displayed part of the image is really smaller.
We should reduce the image size to load them more quickly, especially for GIF which are really slow to load and really heavy.

Also PNG could be replaced by JPG for a smaller size.

Use GIF player on mobile

Loading molecule.sh is very slow on mobile.
A good solution would be to use a GIF player which avoid downloading the full GIF when loading the page.

It also allow the user to stop and start playing the GIF.

Edit: the gif player imply a preview image (PNG for exemple) and the GIF itself. Preview images are currently missing.
