Medi-Mouz EHR

To begin with:

• import medi-mouz.sql into mysql database using phpMyAdmin;

  • once import is complete; while on the medi-mouz database, click on the Priviledges tab to
    add new user account.

• On the priviledges tab, click on add new user account;

• On the add user account page; set user name as : Medi-Mouz set host as : Local set password as : admin@medi-mouz2021

• ensure the "Grant all priviledges on database medi-mouz" checkbox is checked.

• On the Global priviledges section, check all.

Click on Go.
