Can we have this feature?
just like searching in google

two columns: emoji, corresponding short_names.

example:
😂 : joy

Is it realistic to include shortcuts to known shorthand codes? Like :* for a kiss or ^_^ for a happy face.

For those who have not memorised all the emoji names, a dropdown list of filtered examples could be added. I don't know ahk well enough to do that unfortunately.

This project is off to a great start but in order for emoji entry to be usable it needs a GUI emoji chooser with fuzzy matching.

Like this one in WhatsApp Web:

The script works fine, the :joy: shortcode gives 😂 as expected. The more intense variant, :rofl: doesn't give the emoji.

The :rofl: shortcode should give 🤣 emoji when typed in, so far it does nothing. The shortcode, which actually gives the emoji is :rolling_on_the_floor_laughing:

after #Include emoji.ahk. ::h::hello doesn't work, but :*:h::hello works. Why is that?
