Allow users in a server to receive a role after being in the server for a certain amount of time, also known as a timed role.

Pretty self-explanatory

Including fixing up any lingering changes.

Add selection of convert mode, i.e

.ttconvert [mode] [numbers_or_letters]

Mode 1 for converting letters to digits.
Mode 2 for converting digits to letters.

Instead of leaving artifacts data in code, it would be better to use a .txt file of the following structure:

<artifact_id>, <artifact_name>, <artifact_type> and so on...

Why it's better? You don't need to store it in code, plus, code will look shorter...
