Clarify the difference to config_sync and config_processor
...
consider config_filter
I was hiking in the norwegian mountains and I thought about this use case.
It seems to me that it could be a very good fit for configuration filters provided by config_filter. Next week I might have an hour to create a proof of concept.
It got me thinking that if we would do filters in core we could filter als the install storages and then this would be even easier.
