Requirements:

• When the user selects the BLE device a service is started.
• Service will then connect to the E1 board.

When trying to commit in get, lint is run which gives the following warnings:

We want to have no warnings and have these cleared.

Progress bar is not displaying at all. Need to display the progress bar and remove the toasts.

Comment code to make it clear what the app does.

Since android 9.0 uses circular icons they icon is not rendering.

If you scan for devices then rotate the screen, the device list is then empty.

After the user performs a scan, and selects 1 of the non-MLDP devices, the app will connect to the non-MLDP device. The app should show MLDP not supported for the device, even though it can be connected to.
