issue workflow

1. User clone repository, install and use load-template.
2. In the GitHub repository, added new default templates.
3. there is the difference between the local template and default template.
4. How user sync the new default templates?

How to fix the issue

First Idea

Make the --sync argument with git directory:

$ load-template --sync .

Why does user need to put git directory?
Because of the load-template don't know the local repository what user cloned.

When running this argument:

1. git pull origin master
2. copy new default templates to ~/.templates
