PDFThumbTrimmer may stop working when updating Adobe Reader to version 11
Re-installing PDFThumbTrimmer doesn't help.
Easy recovery after updating Adobe Reader
After installing an update to Adobe Reader, PDFThumbTrimmer stops working. The cause is that PDFThumbTrimmer works only when .PDF extension is associated to it, but the installer of Adobe Reader always associates (without asking) .PDF extension to Adobe Reader, effectively breaking PDFThumbTrimmer's association.
A user can re-install PDFThumbTrimmer to fix it, but there should be easier way to recover the association.
