How do I compile bootloaders?

Hello , I am really new to the world of am32. I have already downloaded the Keil Uvision 5 , and successfully compiled the firmware for my target.
Now I would also be interested in compiling the bootloader .
Is this the right repo? How do I compile it ?

Skystars Mini F722 HDPro FlightControl and AM55 AM32 ESC FlyStack telemetry errors

ESC's are not functioning properly, random 100% errors on the telemetry info in BTFL 4.4.0 when rebooting. So for example first 100% loss on motor 2 and with the next reboot on motor 4 completely random. Upgrading from the factory 1.88 to 1.94 did not help either.
Or it gives 0 rpm while the telemetry is working, see screenshots.

As you can see it's completely random:
