I followed the steps and created this folder structure
my-website/ <- You are here
├─ content/
│ └─ posts/
│ └─ first-post.md
└─ templates/
└─ posts/
└─ entry.html.jinja
but when I run ursus, it creates an output folder with an index json file inside it and not as mentioned in the doc ./output/posts/first-post.html

ERROR: Packages installed from PyPI cannot depend on packages which are not also hosted on PyPI.
ursus-ssg depends on Markdown@ git+https://github.com/nicbou/markdown.git@nicbou-patch-1

This is in response pip install ursus_ssg on a linux system.

Would you consider this alpha or should I go ahead? Got a few posts to copy and would like to start writing again :)
