I would love to see a weekly report of un-assigned PRs on an org.

For example: How could we know that there is now multiple PRs both unassigned and un-commented on in https://github.com/artsy/day-schedule-selector

A weekly brief in slack to the "dev chatroom" (maybe highlighting which repo has the most uncommented, un assigned PRs ) that links to a weekly report showing any repos above a threshold.

• Ideally we wouldn’t need a per-user token at all, but a single one that has access to the org.
• Secondly, I think GitHub should allow org members to have a token that can view all issues on all repos, but not otherwise have write access.

Accept the GitHub org web hook that notifies of these changes.

I had code for this in d927ab4 that needs cleaning up.

Happy to handle PRs, but outside of maybe 10am-6pm we shouldn't be sending messages to people . Unless my timezone is wrong :D

@dblock always uses GIFs for this kind of stuff - also an option
