ok, thi is my backup of how crate vestacp apache multiPhp (php-fpm) Centos 7. NOTE: All this proccess is after install VESTCP
1.- first of all you have to update your apache to work with AMP EVENT. you see worker with "httpd -V" command and you have to confirm the next info My actual version is Apache/2.4.46 (codeit) under centos 7 (if you have apache 2.4.6 please updade it)
Server MPM: event
if you does not have this you can enable it by edit the next file
/etc/httpd/conf.modules.d/00-mpm.conf
uncomment
LoadModule mpm_event_module modules/mod_mpm_event.so
and comment other ones
on the next file /etc/httpd/conf.modules.d/00-proxy.conf
uncomment
proxy_module
proxy_fcgi_module
2.- you have to have remi, if you does not have it. can be installed by (or install it with vestacp install setup config --> fresh installation)
yum install epel-release
yum install yum-utils
rpm -Uvh http://rpms.famillecollet.com/enterprise/remi-release-7.rpm
yum clean all
yum update
3.-
install the remi php-fpm that you want except the main php that you are using in my case PHP7.2

thats all, after install the php-fpm that you need copy the files that i attachment to the next directory
/usr/local/vesta/data/templates/web/httpd
by the whay make executable the sh commands
chmod a+x /usr/local/vesta/data/templates/web/httpd/PHP-FPM-56.sh
chmod a+x /usr/local/vesta/data/templates/web/httpd/PHP-FPM-71.sh
chmod a+x /usr/local/vesta/data/templates/web/httpd/PHP-FPM-72.sh
chmod a+x /usr/local/vesta/data/templates/web/httpd/PHP-FPM-73.sh
chmod a+x /usr/local/vesta/data/templates/web/httpd/PHP-FPM-74.sh
