I toyed a bit with packaging and put together a reasonable structure in my branch package and uploaded it to Test PyPI - to install it simply use:

pip install -i https://test.pypi.org/simple/ karel-robot
# once on real PyPI, this will be only
# pip install karel-robot

The downside is the hideous project structure and using relative imports.
On the plus side, moving the files to their own directories allows me to once again split the code into several files without cluttering the repository.

Overall, I think the advantages of having beginners simply install this from PyPI would be significant and everyone can then put their programs wherever and not just in this cloned repo.
Besides, I would very much like this to be better then karel and KarelPy, both of which are on PyPI.

I added LICENSE and some Credits in the package branch, @alts, but I would really like your input on that before it gets to my or your master branch, or official PyPI for that matter.
