Color repos
To allow a user to more quickly group issues by their source, a user should be able to assign a color to a repo. Any issue from that repo in the feed should have a background color in accordance to that repo's configured color.
More clearly indicate when fetching data
Currently, it is difficult to identify when the app is refetching data. A spinner should be added to allow the user to more easily identify when the app is fetching data whilst also allowing the user to read content currently displayed.
Temporary remove repo
At times, a user may want to temporarily remove a repo from the results without actually removing it from the "repos" list (e.g. hide tickets from "out" repo).
