Firstly , thank u for that this plugin is still compatible with Chrome Browser ( version 104.0.5112.79), although project has stopped maintaince after 2018 .

For the reason this plugin is still the best chrome-bookmark-search plugin in the Chrome Store, i wonder if any way to add a amount tip in result bar to let user know the search result total amount.

First off, thanks for this extension, it really boosts my productivity. This request may sound a bit trivial, but since an extension like this is made for speed, it really surprised me that I couldn't change the keyword "bm" to just "b". Hope one day I can!

Suggestion:
Add an option to change the keyword used to search for bookmarks from "bm" to a user-defined keyword

Note:
A simple single letter "b" would be fantastic as a default.

Really appreciate this tool! It's simple and useful! Two suggestions: better icon with at least transparent background of icon16, and a shortcut to the bookmark manage page in search result would be great! Thanks!

Nice app -- thanks for writing it. Would like to see the search have an option to make the results not case sensitive. Currently the results are case sensitive so that if I capitalized a word in the bookmark I created I must capitalize it in the search query.

Please add an option to let users change the activation keyword from "bm" to something else. It would help to eliminate conflicts with other extensions or user-defined search engines. It would also allow users to pick a keyword that's more comfortable for them. (Why would anybody want to change it? Have you ever searched Google for "bm"? 😉)

Hi, Thanks for the extension, it's supper useful.

Currently the search has a 'starts with...' algorithm, please include a 'contains...' algorithm, which returns the bookmarks that the title contains the entered phrase. It is a very common scenario when then user wants to look up a keyword or phrase among all bookmarks. Thanks a lot! :-)

The substring search is failing and becoming difficult to find one with multiple keywords for the same link/

Example: The name given the link is "cleanup pictures photo image erase"

Case1: If searched for "cleanup", it shows up
Case2: If searched for "cleanup photo", it shows up nothing
Case3: If searched for "photo cleanup", it shows up nothing

A lot of other and yet basic combinations of keywords are failing in the search. Please fix it.

I guess this is more of a feature request.
Currently, the extension seems to be incompatible with Vivaldi, a Chromium-based browser which comes with built-in Chrome extension support.

When typing the shortcut, it doesn't activate the extension:

Would it be possible to add compatibility with Vivaldi? Thanks.

After the search, the mouse is not focused on the page, such as Google.
step:
bm -> google (match: www.google.com) -> enter -> the mouse still focuses on the address bar (this is not right)

would be nice to set custom keywords to omnibox.

p.s.: I read the docs and didn't find a way to do it, if it exists, I would be glad to submit a PR. Thanks!
