Mark move constructor of classes with SDL resources noexcept
std::vector will copy all contained members in resizing and destroy the old copy, due to exception safety.
We can avoid this by marking the more constructor noexcept, in which case they will be moved.
As we only reassign pointers, I don't see why the move constructors would throw an exception.
