I hate that I have to go over the same publish wizard process again and again every time I change the MXD. We need some python script that just points to the MXD, and publish.
I'm not sure if there's a way to make it stateful. The script could store info about the MXD and the published service so I can just run the script and it would know what to do.
Maybe the Service Definition File can be helpful. I'm not sure it's plain text or closed.

geopy makes it easy for Python developers to locate the coordinates of

geopy includes geocoder classes for the OpenStreetMap Nominatim,

A log file like ReplicaLog.dat is in XML format and is stored in plain text. It would be great to display its content in pretty print and make it much easier to find cause of errors.
This applies to other types of logging files as well.
