this is postponed until v4-post-mainnet
the reason is, even if we did implement it, the data shown would be to and data, which is meaningless to the user anyway
there'd be no data about the actual campaign, like budget and validators
It can be done in a better (for the user) way, if we introduce hardcoded cases for forming channel create transactions.

Full list of operations that would have to be hardcoded:
- channel open
- withdraw
- set an account name (ENS subdomain)
unfortunately this will significantly complicate the relayer's operations
will think a bit whether we can make the Identity composable/upgradable
