This is a basic Blog website that allows users to create, edit, comment and delete posts, keeping data in a database. This project implements both authorization and authentication in order to provide extended functionality to logged in and authorized users.

To get a local copy up and running follow these simple example steps.

• Ruby runtime environment
• PostgreSQL
• Rails

• Clone the repository using git clone [email protected]:amejid/blog-app.git
• Navigate to the folder using cd blog-app
• Use the following commands to

  • install necessary javascript packages npm install
  • run the development server rails server
