The dynamic proxy mechanism works nicely for situations where you know the class
 or classes to be proxied

1. use case 1

 your have model `Account` which from a library you don't have any control
 in your application you want to provide more functionality more than just 
 `Account` such as get location info which `Account` does not provide.
 instead of create your own model to map the all the values from `Account`
 you can create an interface to extend the `Account` lets say `LocationAwareAccount`  
 and you can create a dynamicProxy with location data to get location info
 other methods call delegate to `Account`
 
 use case 2 pass control
 
 lets say you have a service from other library you don't have control.
 and this service don't have logging implemented.
 if you real want to log something for debugging you can create a dynamic proxy 
 to add log for each method calls
