Download the events JSON files recursively from the last X days (where X will be given in the config.yaml file)

Slack notification with the report file attached.

Scan the event JSON files, and filter out CREATE events into a state.json file.

Update the latest state of the resources from the state.json file.

Create the report of the updated state.json file in CSV or excel file.

Ignore the resources that have skip-tags.

Send an email with the report file attached.

The MVP plan includes the below features working together. All of the below features will be added as individual issues on the repo.
