We could provide this functionality through this endpoint, and also concurrently to support create in bulk:

The functionalities, command and which endpoints (with OAuth) will be consumed will be mapped later on when this turned into a higher priority.

It would be helpful to add GitHub actions integration to manage certain labels, for instance:

• Remove in_progress when an issue has an associated PR gets merged.

This is for augmenting the async def search function to auto retry when a 403 rate limit response is returned and abort the coroutines, asynchronously wait for an interval that should probably be a minute or so by default, and should also be parametrized in the command as optional (https://docs.github.com/en/rest/rate-limit).

@jab1982 has recently hit search rate limits even with the GH_TOKEN set.
