Searching for organizations and repos should be case-insensitive.

As per scalac review, the use of the implicit is actually unnecessary, if not problematic. I did it because I wanted to and because I can /since I can't do stuff like that in Java/, but will remove it now.

I was /re/checking the requirements and noticed that I am not responding with what I should. Furthermore, I realized that the name of the GitHub user was never needed. I'll remove that now. I also hope to see some speedup, since the username calls will be eliminated.

It would be nice to have GitHub actions at some point. I see that the later I have them more useless they will be, but I'd like to have them still.

Get a response from the dummy hub.

Also, Github4s does not do pagination for us.

I am thinking of using the organization repository count to calculate the number of pages, 100 records per page.

The process of a fetching the contributors currently is really slow, even for small organizations like 'dekanat' or 'haniravi'. Maybe we can run the requests in parallel?

Sound better.

I was unable to find the organization info API in Github4s and repository contributor count on GitHub REST API V3, I wont be using this functionality.
