Scenario

As a user I should be able to view a list all hangouts and my hangout

Description

The current auth system hits http://api-staging.andela.com/login which also allows guests to log in. However, the guest status is set in the token payload. Thus, we should be able to differentiate between andela and non-andela emails and authorize only andela emails.

Deploy shufflebox (frontend and backend).

The packages elm and elm-test can be installed in one command:
npm i -g elm elm-test

Ascertain JSON structure on mock server and it's decoders match with backend data.
