Use pgsql for django DB

- Run tests using real DB
Reduce HTTP request size
- Remove python request's user-agent
- Remove any other unnecessary headers in the request
This should make the sample capture (slightly) faster.
Also, what about sending accept-encoding: identity? Would that make the timing measurements better? (less CPU time used; also CPU time won't change if the response body changes slightly - no compression is applied)
