for example: if you filter by tag: SSR only ts-react-boilerplate is shown, and if you filter by HMR, only minimal-react-starter is shown, where I know for a fact that there are a lot of other starters which also has HMR

There are times where stars might be the metrics to sort by, but the things like boilerplate, specially react boilerplate list out there, if the last updated time was over 2 years, what's the point of showing them on top?

I think we should give a weight on both when it was last updated and number of stars, like there are some boilerplates which are older than 2 years, I know there's a sort by last update, but I think there should be a recommended sort which combines both, by giving certain weight to both last update time as well as stars (and users would be able to change the sort anyways)

Might be nice to let users know which boilerplates have jumped to webpack v2

looks like nobody merge the PR. Is this repo still active?
