Camera Does Not Always Stop Recording After Close

Describe the bug
When the FullScreenWebcamOverlay is closed, the camera does not always turn off.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Click Play
Go through the setup until you get to "Dance"
Click "Start Dancing"
Close the webcam view
The webcam light does not always turn off.

Expected behavior
The webcam light should always turn off.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: Windows 10
Browser: Chrome
Version: 81.0.4044.129 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional context
Note that this error does not occur every time, and only seems to appear on the "Dance" step.
