Philips Hue Bridge

For the app to work, is the Philips Hue bridge necessary or can it be via Bluetooth Philips Hue?

Server error

I have this error and I don't know how to fix it, can you think of anything I can do?

When I tried to run createuser.js this is the issue could please help me with that
