When the Bookmarks class is initialized with a path of a bookmarks file, it still picks up the default path in the process_roots function, resulting in FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory:

To resolve this, both line 69 and 77 in chrome-bookmarks.py/chrome_bookmarks/init.py / should be changed from
with open(path, encoding="utf-8") as f:
to
with open(self.path, encoding="utf-8") as f:
