Maybe even put the root render function in there instead of as the children of Prompter? Probably not, it'd just unnecessarily prevent changing the root render based on props/state.

We could expose the whole list of prompts to the render function passed to <Prompter>. This would also eliminate the need for the open parameter, people can just check if the list is empty.

Caveat is that modal libraries might not tolerate being unmounted in their open state, which is what happens if you simply map over all the prompts and render a modal for them.
