Show a progress bar once user click register/login, until it fails or success

Replace the editviews in these with materialeditviews. Make sure to handle error inputs as well.

• Register

  • Name field text only --> real-time validation
  • NIC/Passport field 10 characters only --> real-time validation
  • mobile Number only, 10 digits only --> realtime validation
  • password, confirm password fields should be checked whether the same --> onclick register btn
  • All fields non empty --> Onclick register btn

• Login

  • NIC/Passport field 10 characters only --> realtime validation
  • All fields non empty --> Onclick login btn
