ATR1 section fails to parse for Animal Crossing: New Horizons MSBTs

I've tried two different MSBTs, both attached here: msbt-rs.zip

  • SP_owl_Comment_Insect.msbt gives InvalidUtf16(FromUtf16Error(())) - it looks like for the last section, offset is 0 and it reads 328-0, so str_buf goes past the boundary of ATR1 and into TXT2.
  • OBJ_Nameboard.msbt gives attempt to subtract with overflow - offset is larger than next_str_end, so it goes negative?

I haven't been able to learn enough about the ATR1 section to help with this 🙁. I'll probably fork this and treat ATR1 as an unknown.
