Examples you provided are pretty good, but in real life developers do more complicated things than just printing the whole plain object.
As of the above I request some new examples (or the extension of existing ones) to show the following:

• Building and inserting a complex object, whose fields are other objects and arrays.
• Reading complex object, which contains nested objects from mongodb
• Accessing different fields of the object received from mongodb

Secondly, in real life developers seldom want to create model instances by themselves -- they want to have some magic which does it for them. For RDBMS such thing as ORM is often used. For MongoDB such piece of magic is called ODM (object-document mapping). It would be nice if you provide ODM example here as well.
