dst's Introduction

This is a DST (design support tool) for the Buthan project compiled by Gard Hillestad
based on the functionality that was implemented and developed by Stefano Mandelli
and augumented by Håkon Duus

Changes from the deprecated version:
- modularization
- naming
- encapsulation
