It's not possible to make a Pull Request or Commit something?

Maybe i am wrong, but actually it looks like nobody can make proposals.
New readme.md File (added some good programs xP):

List of all the programs I would install if I ever build a new computer with Windows, reset my existing Windows computer or if somebody asks me with which program he should do x on Windows. (Many programs on this list are cross platform - this means there is a high chance even as a Linux user you could find here a good program - in future updates I will probably add a tag if this is the case)

  • [Not free!] Adobe Photoshop (CC or CS6) (just a recommendation) i know it's expensive, but it is just perfect (in my opinion) and if you have the chance to get it, get it.

  • Sumatra PDF: lightweight A fast PDF reader/searcher (only reads/presents files - with one click opens them in other PDF readers)
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader DC: Great PDF printer, can also read and comment PDF files
  • [Not free!] Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word (create tables, presentations and documents)
  • [Currently free!] Typora: Markdown editor with many features (live preview, latex math, direct export)
  • Libre Office: open source Create and edit documents (also can make presentations [slow] and tables)
  • PDF24 Creator: lightweight A PDF converter/printer
  • PDFsam Basic: free open source privacy merge and splits Pdf Files offline. It also can extract pages from pdf or rotate it, but i have not used this functions yet.
