ansible / awx-rabbitmq Goto Github PK

When I was looking at Dockerfile, I did not quite understand why would there be a different RUN for each of layers being created. I would think that having this would be better:

RUN  chgrp -R root /var/lib/rabbitmq /var/log/rabbitmq /etc/rabbitmq &&\
         chmod g+w /etc/passwd &&\
         chmod -R g+rwx /var/lib/rabbitmq /var/log/rabbitmq /etc/rabbitmq

I posted this question in freenode chat but didn't see a reply or any messages. I am new to freenode chat so wasn't sure if nobody was talking or if I didn't know how to use it. Most likely the latter.

Anyways, I just noticed the ansible/awx_rabbitmq image on docker hub is around a year old. Whereas awx_task and awx_web seem to get published quite periodically. Are there any plans to publish a new image for awx_rabbitmq?

@shanemcd is there away you guys could push a proper manifest to DockerHub to allow mult-arch images?
