Miss Serbia in the Country list

1. I just noticed that Ladakh needs to be added to the Indian States.

2. And I noticed Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Di are added as two union territory. Like below
   File name: states.json line no: 1448 and 1449
   "Dadra and Nagar Haveli", "Daman and Di",
   But it is a single territory, not different ones. It should be
   "Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu"

For any critical infrastructure, you almost always need the ISO code of the state, why does this just provide the names?

I noticed that the words 'Thanh' and 'Tinh' are repeated in Vietnamese provinces https://github.com/AnupKumarPanwar/country-state-picker/blob/master/src/data/states.ts#L3791-L3846. According to google these words mean 'province' so I think that they could be removed. I am not Vietnamese, nor do I speak it, so maybe there's someone who would disagree with me?

This is something I fixed in #1 . Seems like this regression was introduced when the code was migrated to TS?

It should be Tamil Nadu

version 1.1.3 contains *.ts files in the package, which caused typescript compilation errors in the consumer

The entry for Null under countries, as well as its corresponding states should be removed. This is because it does not correspond to any currently recognized country, at least to my knowledge.
