Description of the bug:

After playing some challenges on the server and /reset confirm after every challenge to get a new seed etc. we get the seed "-447167" every time we reset the server.

Steps to reproduce this bug:

1. Play Challenges
2. /reset confirm after every challenge
3. The Seed -447167 will appear
4. /reset confirm again
5. same seed no matter how often we will reset confirm again

Description of the bug:

In the Level = Border Challenge, when you enter the Nether, the portal spawns outside the border and the player spawns on the Nether ceiling after a short delay. When switching between the dimension there is a delay in which you can move freely and as soon as the border spawns, it may be that you are outside the border. In addition, the border in the Nether is not centered

Steps to reproduce this bug:

1. Start 1.19.2 with the challenge plugin
2. Activate Level=Border Challenge
3. Play until you can enter a nether porta
4. Enter the portal
5. You spawn on the Nether ceiling
6. The portal is outside the border (viewable in spectator mode)

Expected behavior:

• Spawn the nether portal
• The Nether Portal must spawn in the border
• Centered border in Nether

Additional context (optional):

Give the possibility to deactivate the timer and all its preventions on the enviroment.
No need to start before playing.

Description of the new feature:

Add an option that will turn off the particles which are spawned when the timer is paused.

Blocks have the breaking speed and required tool of other blocks

Description of the new feature:

Add LevelBorder Challenge extending from Setting. In addition, for versions below 1.19, custom Border Reflections must be used.

From version 1.19 it is possible to set the border clientside for the player via player#setWorldBorder.
