The issue has nothing to do with python-seabreeze, so I am closing this.
It also shows that your python skills still need to improve. I recommend:

• http://www.scipy-lectures.org/ for howto use numpy&scipy

If you just want to save one numpy array to a text file:

numpy.savetxt('my_saved_array.txt', spec.intensities() )

But there are hundreds of ways for doing what you want to do, so I highly recommend thoroughly studying the two links above.
