It would be best if we could import the SpatialStreamNetwork S4 class from the SSN package rather than redefining it in this package. To be able to do this we need SSN to export the SpatialStreamNetwork S4 class.

R is reporting that NAMESPACE and DESCRIPTION files do not exist.

We can have a GitHub pages documentation website about this package controlled from the docs/ folder I have just pushed to this repository. I generated the requires files with the R package 'pkgdown'. Each time we do a release we can run pkgdown::build_site( ) to update this documentation website. Alan, only you can access the setting for this repository so to enable this feature go settings for this repo and set the GitHub pages source to “master branch /docs folder”. We can keep the page private like the package until it's ready for prime time.
