When migrating documents first level fields with value=false are not being stored in the index.

Initially, having Query object serialized inside the Result representation was a good idea, because of the way new URLS were built.

When working directly from the JS client, this is not needed anymore, so in order to increase the Result weight, would be nice if the query is not included anymore inside the Result object.

By including the parameter incl_query as a GET parameter, this would work.

JS client should manage the API version.
That would mean that, by default, used API is v1, but people should be able to change it in the future.

version: v1 (default)

Desired version will be prepended into all API urls.
