Bullets are currently created with a position equal to the source entity's position. This usually appears as if the bullet is originating from the center of the sprite.

Add an offset so bullets can spawn outside of the sprite. This could be implemented as an offset value in GunSystem components. The entity's current direction or facing could be taken into account so the offset can align with things like a sprite's hand or weapon.

Black horizontal lines appear between rows of scrolling map tiles when moving. Can be hard to reproduce but once the camera is moved into a position that shows the issue, the lines will stay visible until the camera is moved vertically.

test_map2 shows this issue with its scrolling acid tiles.

Ideas on fixes:

• Round camera position.
• Enable V-sync
