Add manpage support for windows. Using online manpage archive such as linux.die.net.

When a function such as printf is found in a section which is not listed in allowed sections the plugin returns empty list instead of passing silently to other entries in list of entries from whatis.

Thank you for a useful plugin. I have an idea how to make it even more useful. How about to show a page for a word under cursor? It would be very useful for C programmer.

Because in the plugin source code the preferences filename for getting the settings modified by the user is wrong the plugin cannot find the newly modified settings (it falls back to the default values that are included in the source code).
Due to this small bug the plugin doesn't show anything else but functions that are part of the 2 and 3 sections of the man pages.

Hey, just stumbled upon this repository. I don't use Sublime or Windows, so I can't confirm there's an issue, but I noticed that for Windows support you claim to use linuxmanpages.com–which no longer exists and is instead a domain parking page.

When I ask plugin to show free() manpage, it proposes a lot of variants, but there is an exact match.
