journal.enabled to false on arbiters?

Hi!

Thanks so much for creating this. Makes setting up a replica set so easy. Got 2 member + 1 arbiter working on ec2, all separate hosts 👍

One thing I wanted to ask: is there a reason why journal is not disabled for arbiters? I'm a bit of a mongo noob so I just thought I'd ask as that is what the docs recommend.

If it makes sense to have it disabled, I can easily submit a PR 😀

Mongod user does not have permission to create directory

I am trying to use your mongo container, but when I run it, I get a bunch of errors starting with:

Creating database path /data/db/b2773f90a13e.
mkdir: cannot create directory '/data/db/b2773f90a13e': Permission denied

This is most likely because the mongod user specified (https://github.com/appelgriebsch/dockers/blob/master/docker/mongodb/Dockerfile#L62) does not have permissions to create directories.

Am I doing something wrong?

Here is the Ansible tasks I am using to start the containers:
