Add "PvPonline" Comic about comicreader HOT 2 OPEN

This comic does not have any archive, also it does not have any way to get the list of comics.
I know they are published every mon-friday. They started in 2008.
Using date does not work in the URL.
They do not have an Index.

I can get the first comic and just go back from there. Sadly there will not be a "list" if I do it that way.

Yes. Random feature will not work.
But a lot of people have requested this comic.
If people can read latest comics only, that will also be good.
We have to make sure that Random menu button is "greyed out" or gives a toast/display message saying Random is not supported.
